we understand your frustration and deeply apologize. This was an issue that was out of our control and was unfortunately caused by the TRRC pulling an incorrect and incomplete data set from the field based on an automatic trigger set in the TRRC's computer systems.

We have admitted to a discrepancy with the data, announced there was an error and now the changes/corrections are currently in process with the TRRC. We found the source of the problem with the help of the TRRC and we have implemented new internal procedures to ensure that this does not happen again.
