Hello All and Happy Holidays: I retain my interest because I am stuck with NCIO dividend disbursement.

I believe there is much more significance to the abandonment of the Miramar office than meets the eye. Any viable business has to establish and maintain an operating business location for tax purposes for the entity and for compensation of regular employees. I do not see how GNBT is presently compliant. Also, questions arise about SEC entity registrations in this regard. If an entity is not in compliance with state (business locale) requirements, by default it is probably in violation of federal and I.R.S. conditions of operation.

All of this registration stuff would have absolutely nothing to do with SEC investigation stuff on company securities issues.

So bottom line, where is GNBT conducting its operations, what physical address, how many employees and are payroll and franchise taxes current.?
Despite all of the ducking and hiding, this should be very concerning to those still expecting something to happen. Any thoughts?
