Re: Moneytobless #60761
Hey Money,
Pure speculation.... But here goes ... Because we're just talking.
Investopedia has some interesting entries on the creation of Mixed Conglomerates. They talk a bit about using shares to buy your way in. UNVC qualifies as a mixed conglomerate the way we believe it's going to be structured. And so it looks like Pacroots/ Lord's is concentrating its shares to buy into UNVC... Maybe 1 for 1... So 1 Pacr share would be roughly equal to 1 UNVC share when all is said and done.
The ask has been raised. Two days ago it was $1, this morning it was $2.10 and now it's $21. I'll also note that there has been 0 volume in the stock for 3 days since the reverse split/ share concentration. Literally 0. Prior to the split the average volume was 2500 daily give or take.
Is someone using this insane bid/ ask spread to discourage folks from "slapping the ask". And if so why? And someone obviously decided that they could take a chance letting shares go at even $2. I infer from that that Pacroots or the company to which it I will be merged will have a valuation in that order of magnitude.
So Money.... If all my assumptions hold true... Does that mean someone thinks UNVC is worth upwards of $20 a poster merger????
Just saying.
Please I invite folks to poke holes because I'm literally pinching myself if this is true.
