RMHB was ranging between 2.5 and 4 cents before becoming non-tradable end of September..
now becoming (mostly)Tradable this week = it has returned to this previous range.
in reality the share price never moved.. (except for mad man who is buying his second lambo in Canada )
A breakout over 5 cents-WITH SIGNIFICANT VOLUME - can be construed as a good sign.
IMO of course...
