“NUGX has had no trades this month (so far). If this holds up thru next week, I think that we will see both 10-Ks (NGIO/GNBT) being published (SEC). The 10-Qs are due on Dec. 15th so I see the 10-Ks published on or before Dec 15th with the NT 10-Qs on Dec 15th. Then the 10-Qs published before the year ends.
If that happens, then we will also get a notification PR of a CC or Stockholders Meeting scheduled in January.”
However, some (same?) moronic bozo bought (again?) twenty cents worth of NUGX stock yesterday (152 @ .0013 = .1976). So I don’t know if this lunacy is/will keeping things from progressing or not. Also, does a company need to file a NT 10-Q if they haven’t updated their NT 10-K to a filed 10-K?
December’s end is always the worse time of the year for stocks as people adjust their holdings for maximum tax benefits. So this is a bad time for GNBT/NGIO pps under normal circumstances let alone the quagmire it is now in. Best hope could be, is that we hold our breath and hope that January will throw us a life preserver.
