Artificial Intelligence AITX when compared to other companies in the sector, AITX does "relatively" well. For example -Knightscope has an absolutely terrible offering out right now. Check out their prospectus, particularly page 17 ‘Immediate Dilution’.
Effective the shares they sell for $10 – which have zero liquidity until they are/if they are ever – listed on an exchange, will immediately lose up to 93% of their value upon purchase. I’ve never seen anything like it.
Would be nice to see Knightscope investors having that knowledge as well...
This is not having an opportunity - to compare to AITX. Knightscope is going with this offering at a $ 535m market cap. Ours is in the $ 115m range and we’ve more employees, more products, more customers, faster growth, etc. Do the math good people, the right should be right.
