Follow the simple logic if you can. You said that NP expects the company to be acquired. In order for the company to be acquired it would have to be sold. You then used the statement made by Dr. Kelly about companies with 2 BTDs being acquired as a supporting statement.

Of course from your very first statement you've been wrong. Nader has said that they wouldn't even consider an offer unless it was very substantial. He has made no statement about the likelihood of the company being acquired. He has said he'd think about stepping down after several approvals. If the company was acquired there would be no position to step down from.
