OY that's gotta hurt - tell her she's setting herself up for the ultimate gut punch. She'll never forgive herself. I mean, holding through the bottom only to sell when she breaks even again and then watch it soar into the stratosphere...a family member did that with a coop apartment in Brooklyn...UGH...never again, learned that lesson.
