So it's looking like Jan 22 might be the month, huh? I think the Kizmet connection is going to be really big! Seems like if Jan is the month and doc being so closely aligned with Kizmet that it would be in doc's best interest (and ours) for the 8k to happen this month so that unvc could be uplisted to Nasdaq by then. I don't think a wealth advisory company is going to have a lot of dealings with a penny stock sitting at $0.05!!
