Looks to me that it states pretty clearly that the surviving entity will be called Nurish.Me LLC.
The Merger.
(a) Merger of the Company into Merger Sub. Upon the terms and subject to the
conditions set forth herein, at the Effective Time, the Company shall be merged with and into Merger Sub,
and the separate existence of the Company shall cease. Merger Sub will continue as the surviving company
in the Merger (sometimes referred to herein as the “Surviving Company”) and as a wholly owned subsidiary
of Acquirer with the name, “ Nurish.Me, LLC ”.
