Logically, I think he means that it makes more sense to go after partnerships with companies that have already shown an interest in the NASH space rather than focusing on companies that have not yet done so.

Nothing at all was said about "may seek partnerships for other indications also" in this PR that I could see, so no need to read into that in any way.
