Based of this DD, my assumption, CLEARLY speculative, is doc was maybe merging all the companies that week thats why it was a big week. Either that or filing paper work with sec. But from what I understand to file any registration forms like form 10 you need to submit audited financials, so you merge companies, file with sec and submit audited financials with that application.
