ha ha ...weee
5.9 % social security increase
lets call it $100 after medicare increase ..
Electric increase $29, Gas Increase $79, Natural Gas increase $11, Grocery Increase $50, Misc Increase $30
Total $199 - $100 = $(99) per month That is what 2022 looks like at present. That is $1200 I have to cut out of my budget for next year. Already cut $1200 out of budget from the 1st year of Biden/Harris. Going to look like Jimmy Carter's America by 2023 or worse.
Locked into my lease through 2025 at the present rate. I can hardly wait for. You'll rent everything and love it. $700 at present, estimated increase in 2026 $1600. Be interesting to figure out where that money is coming from. I might have to down grade to a tent or cardboard box.
I guess if you want to measure strength in economy by GDP alone ...things are great for some.

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...everything I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
