This is the 3 minute video that is a montage of both US and Phillipine clips but in no way is confusing. It does not contain misinformation. The fact that @BradKimberly, Social Media Director at the FDA is trying very hard to get YouTube to block it is the real story here. When govt censors content, the content becomes widely viewed. The outcome is exactly the opossite of what Brad intended.
Now, the effort is to find the full set of censorship requests made by the FDA. Unfortunately public FOIAA requests are being suppressed here. Now that is the real story.
There is absolutely NOTHING is the video that constitutes misinformation. There is EVERYTHING wrong with such censorship activity. What else has @BradKimberly and other like him at the FDA censored. That is now the focus.
