You don't have to sell however if the majority of outstanding shares agree to sell at tendered offer your have no choice. That's my understanding. Before going private notice must be filed. Not sure how this would work as there is no way for us to increase the bid (buy). Right now the expert market controls our fate. Worse thing that could happen to shareholder because of managements refusal to comply with the sec admendment. We need compliance and the ability to trade. If no news we may be looking at bankputcy.
