Retail investors have the right to be upset however they where given notice if they wanted out. Pipes are another story. They have worthless certificates and had/have no chance to sell. Just guessing most pipes are friends and family. I would not want to have to explain if this ever goes private to them. Now of course this is just chatter and speculation. imo
