This is why 13D was lobbying so hard NOT to approve the 200 million shares. They wanted the company to be in dire need and to take some rotten deal, because CYDY would be negotiating from a position of huge weakness if they had their hands tied for fundraising.
And this is also why it is very much in the interest of nefarious forces to suppress stock price. We've seen the posts saying "CYDY is going to have to sell zillions of shares at a dollar a share" -- as if a buck a share is a fair price for a company that is as far along in multiple clinical trials as CYDY is.
They WANT the price to stay down, so that (sorry to keep repeating it) the company is negotiating from a position of relative weakness.
All it's going to take is one great news item, and there are many possibilities for what form good news could tke.
