"a firm commitment to quality" from the new CRO.
So, just as a totally hypothetical situation completely unrelated to anything we've ever discussed, and assuming that "quality" is important to people hiring a CRO --
what do you think would happen to the number of clients a CRO would have if they were sued by a former client, who alleged that they failed to perform the work at an industry-standard professional level, for which they had been paid tens of millions of dollars; and, that some of the work for which they billed allegedly was not performed; and that despite detailed guidance from the FDA as to deficiencies in their initial paperwork, they simply re-filed that paperwork with the same and/or other deficiencies, one year later?
Would that be powerful leverage for the aggrieved former client to get an out-of-court settlement, particularly if they hired a world-class legal firm and that firm's top litigator joined the team that is potentially preparing such a case?
Asking for a friend.
