Texas' restrictive law bans abortions in the state when a fetal heartbeat is detected, usually around six weeks, before some women know they are pregnant – and makes no exceptions for rape or incest
Crap like this that won't allow abortions at least under these two conditions totally sucks and doesn't even consider the female. Why is this? Is it a case that the lower courts feel no woman could possibly be raped? Now with the incest? I gather that started when the female was around 18 years old right and she knew exactly what she was doing. When there is no common sense within laws never expect a common solution. Laws can't just be one sided especially under all the circumstances.
