EXCELLENT NEWS OUT FULL LENGTH AP PRESS RELEASE LINK INCLUDED BELOW.
The news is deals with the New name and ticker change. It would appear that they dropped the "GROUP" and changed that to "CORP". Much more appealing to the international investors. EGOC board publicly announced this over AP and also mentions that they expect FINRA will complete the review of the application documents soon!
Also there will be a new board director upon completion of the name change and ticker symbol change.....
