Obviously we had different reactions. In the grand scheme of things, what's going to be important will be the results of our MANY clinical trials.
And let's not forget -- there certainly seem to be big things happening on the legal front. As people have been posting -- you don't bring in a litigator of the level of Sidley Austin's Hopson unless you have some major stuff to negotiate/litigate.
If I were involved in Amarex/NSF management I would be sweating bullets.
