My take on it is that most tax selling happens in November and throughout December but slows as we gradually get to the new year. That's mainly for the OTC Market and based on just performance in the past which I study extensively. I've been buying some junkers now cheap for a hold through early/mid 2022. Nobody or any group would not want to orchestrate a pump on any given stock now in a sour market but looking forward to the start of 2022
