For fear of over responding in short order after a long day, thanks for sharing with the board that damage to SP wouldn't matter in court. And the profit damage from delay in HIV BLA seems difficult to achieve in totality, although we all can speculate on that particular value.
The reason for Sidley showing up en force that is most intriguing to me is partnership/buyout. Call it my gut, but seems like someone cares a great deal about these proceedings. (Of course us too, but post revenue)
