But the other arm isn't placebo it's standard of care which most likely would be dexamethasone or another corticosteroid. With a perfect safety record there is no reason not to add leronlimab with current data and anecdotal evidence. Doctors at our trial sites are most certainly briefed on the benefits of leronlimab.
