The Motion to Dismiss should be denied, or, in the alternative, the Court should order jurisdictional discovery into the corporate relationship between NSF and Amarex. Tom should be charged by the FBI of stopping a life saving drug. Someone sent that to the Federal prosecutors office for evaluation.
