Hy, my guess is as long as GNBT/NGIO are proceeding towards the IPO, that type of deal will have to come after the SEC blesses it. If Joe can't publicly make comments about progress here (at least, that's my take on the silence), then he sure can't announce or likely advance deals in China.

And giving the tech to the Chinese is no solution he'd want to chance, either, in my opinion.
