More than likely that is true. We know there's 100% receptor occupancy at 700mg. There is probably an excess of leronlimab that will cover new CCR5 receptors that are popping up. Even if there's 90% peak receptor occupancy at 350% the new CCR5 receptors won't be bound. After peak RO is achieved the RO will decrease between shots.
