You have to sign a NDA before the offering is made available to you. While you are under the NDA you are not allowed to sell or buy the CYDY.
The offering at Paulson is already done. Whoever participated couldn’t sell any existing shares until the offering was done and made public.
So the selling could be from Paulson investors selling existing shares, if they already re upped through the offering. However keep in mind they can’t sell the new shares for 6 months.
