After all this time it's a disgrace the way shareholders are left uninformed. The dividend need clarification , brokers may cancel shares if no indication of legit issuance/listing. It appears questionable Management practices unless PR to explain current status. As Joe stated in several MMPJOE posts only one responsible ...Joe Moscato. He needs to step up and face the shareholders. I don't think the SEC will have an issue with general status PR and keep shareholders in the loop. Whatever the excuse Joe's vision/actions responsible for current situation!!
A reputable experienced CEO would probably have avoided possible high risk decisions and protect shareholders interest/value.
If no continued dilution ...... did SEC stop company selling or revenue covering expenses ??????
