Has anyone ever seen a company go completely dead without any notification to it's shareholders? This is getting to be ridiculous! So, we know for a fact there is an investigation. We know the SEC leaves it up to the company whether to report the investigation to it's shareholders, then why would the company not report it to their shareholders? Joe said "it's out of his hands", what the heck does that mean? Has this gone above the SEC?
