Viewed the “Amendment After Issuance of Stock” document myself. 100:1 RS is definitely on there. I encourage everyone involved in these types of plays to pay for these documents themselves.

I’m not commenting on the merits of the incoming company or the prospects for the stock. May be worth a hold or buy or not. I don’t hold any shares currently. Every stock is a deal at the right price I guess.

SS will be micro and mostly illiquid but a good company can overcome that, though long term silence won’t be good.

I will keep an eye on it to see what develops, if anything.
