I would think so.

It is possible there are Excellagen revenues at this point assuming the fund raising was completed and manufacturing/distribution went well. No way would it be enough to fund operations this early though.

Then there is the Bintai funding that was supposed to come in once the vaccine IND was approved. Still no official confirmation that happened. That would amount to a significant sum.

I don't know what else could be out there other than the Chinese group moving things forward.
