I do think the drip drip of trades of NUGX may show that Joe is still not in control of that situation. I think the low/non-existent volume may just be due to lack of MM engagement. The bids aren’t being updated, etc.
I fully expect to see NTs filed for the 10Qs. What I think will be very telling is whether the 10Ks are submitted before the NTs expire for the Qs.
If we are double-stacked with late filings for both companies, that would be a grim sign.
These filings should have been the way for Joe to communicate with shareholders. It will be interesting to see what the ultimate cause of the failure to file was.
