For those of us who have spoken to Dawson James, there's pretty much nothing they can say or do until the company clears the regulatory issue. They are in the "dark" about the status of the company (well, that's where I'm going to leave that for the time being). Basically, until the company clears the regulatory issue, things are on hold. Personally, I don't expect to see anything prior to February at the earliest.
