Sounds very logical to me. Again if you read the BioRemedies news release it states we have a partnership AND we have "recently acquired community-based outpatient mental health centers". That is all the hint that I need that Doc is assembling everything in Q4. Not checking the weather forecast and thinking about it, but doing it.
He has stated that he expects to put out an 8K in Q4 which leaves us 29 more days. I fully expect him to come through with that and if Kizmet is an investor then they are going to be in the right place at the right time.
