Dude this is a Nasdaq stock am I right? Imagine any of those companies do what Doc is...SEC would be up their ace. Shareholder Lives Matter...WE are partial owners of said company. Thats why there are rules to make sure us shareholders stay in the loop and don't get screwed over ( as a market as a whole not saying doc specifically). Why do companies have shareholder meetings? Because we have a say.
