You can hope as much as your heart can muster. But I’ll bet you all of my significant holdings that NGIO doesn’t IPO by year end.
I fully agree with RJS. THE 10-K delays are a canary in the coal mine until we hear something. This is completely unacceptable, and no amount of speculation about the good things that COULD be happening can override this total failure.
No one has mentioned this yet, but the first Q is due in less than 2 weeks. Will there be a 2nd NT heaped on top of the first one? Or will Joe rally and have the Ks out before that?
If late filings start to pile up, it’s a horrible sign, IMO.
I’ll always keep hoping, but that is far outweighed by the facts and the lack thereof.
