O believe Long Haulers may be first given how fast we should be able to enroll.

Its unforgivable that we haven't received assistance from our government for treating COVID. We'll see what happens, but I think there is a reasonable chance that Omicron will prove to be less fatal. This could very well be the first significant step toward covid becoming a manageable endemic.

With that said, there will still be severe cases and deaths. Still a need for therapeutics. But the urgency will decrease, which in my mind increases the timeframe for approval.

I believe that LL will be used to treat hyper inflammatory conditions (including covid), but that it will occur after we have another approval and a war chest to fight with.

Just a matter of which indication gets us there first. LH, HIV, or cancer.
