I find several positives in that letter...
-First, Doc is very secretive about his plan and for him to outright send a letter with his ideas and plan and what he is doing to the government and president is very telling to me. Says very clearly to me, its all coming together and is getting ready to finally launch. Cause what you gonna send the president, "oh yeah I have a cool idea for wraparound services to help substance abuse, but I have no clinics, no products and no revenue. But isnt it a cool idea?" No thats not what happened.
-Second, Biden and the white house acknowledged the letter generic or not, they acknowledged what doc was talking about and how there could be or is money for use for his company.
-Third, its clear their is resources for what doc is trying to accomplish, Doc may have already gotten it or is working on getting it for UNVC.
