If they had 50% efficacy at the interim, how bad was the efficacy for the last 658 patients to pull the entire trial down to 30%? Did they have the same DSMC that Cytodyn had in their CD 12 trial? The wheels were coming off at the end of the trial. Their total trial results should be made public. Especially given the mechanism of action, of this drug.
