Here is my take on the 10-K(s) delay.
The NUGX/NGIO stock needs to be sorted out.
Our NGIO dividend stock (and GNBT's NGIO stock) can be traded as NUGX shares.
The NUGX PPS fluctuation is obscene.
Something needs to be “nailed down” for the end of the year audit (10-Ks).
When the 10-Ks are finally posted, then I think that the next step will come quickly, IPO.
We are all looking for a “tell” when that will happen. I think it all revolves around the NUGX shares.
The IPO will offer Class B (NGIO) shares.
The existing issued (NUGX) shares must all be accounted for in order to convert them to the new Class A shares, regardless of what ever ticker symbol is assigned to them.
As long as the NUGX shares are being traded on the OTC Pink Sheets, the accounting and ownership can’t happen. So…
The only viable solution I can see is that the NUGX shares trading will need to be halted.
When that happens, things should really start popping, including a lot of interest in the GNBT stock.
