Hi Bingo.  That's for sure... darksiders insist that is NOT the case.  FWIW, shouldn't safe harbor statement now reflect we're a producer, vs. development?  Or, is it to cover the other concessions in the portfolio that have not yet produced?  Just wondering.  Thank you, and good luck!
