I dont think NUGX has been trading since this happened I get this message all the time This security has been frozen by the DTCC via a Global Lock. Opening transactions are not permitted. I think whats going on is the clearing houses finishing up old transactions and commitments which have to be publically recorded as trades even though they are initiated in the past.
