he could of and should of kept the filings up- but he didn't,
and it sucks for us.
Coates has always had a few spinoffs and nothing ever emerged from any of them.(motorcycle etc)
there is a chance , if anything ever comes of his work, that he could catch up on filings with COTE and apply for reinstatement or merge COTE with the other company or work out a business partnership.
super long shot on anything anyway. I consider the money long gone already. but haven't wrote it off on the taxes yet.
micky mouse deals with other unknown companies wont work.
he needs major cash investment/major deals to get his ideas to see the light of day
