you can spin it that way and I can't really say it's not valid.. GC really needed bigger money for development over the years and never was able to get that large infusion. Had to nickle and dime the investors and sell shares.
he really needed Angel investors and other large money private equity. probably 100 mill + to get this going from out of the gate.. instead he has been doing this on a shoestring. not very easy to do and sustain over 30 years

We are not sure if anything is going to come of the new company or anything else from GC..
it is super long shot but not completely dead .
