I’m not really sure of the exact rules, but I’m sure they theoretically could just release the financials to their website. However, they would probably be obligated to send out some sort of PR to ensure the data is “public knowledge”. In the situation we find ourselves in where OTCM and brokers are refusing to allow tickers to freely trade without valid data, I would imagine that they alone will be the gatekeepers of what constitutes “valid” data.
