I just got home from the Giants game at MetLife. I invited TC to join me. It was freezing, but we had fun. We discussed a lot of these issues involving Generex. BOD members being unaware of Generex’s current state is ridiculous. They have a fiduciary duty to shareholders. They need to meet that responsibility.
