This is my first post. A bit about me. I'm a healthcare practitioner and have started businesses before.... No where near on the scale of the Doc. And although this is unrelated to investing, as a black man, I'm so proud and supportive of the work being done by Doc and his team.

I've been invested in UNVC for about 6 months now thanks to a tip from a friend on the board. So thanks to the carnival crew! Thanks also to Chiro, Wrench, Sparky, Mikey, MLR, Learner, LV and all those who have made it easier for me to believe in what I own.

I'm new at this DD but here are my 2 cents. Kismet Impact Capital seems to be central to Doc's plans to uplist. When you read through the bios of the Kizmet directors there's a tonne of overlap between their interests and Doc's vision. Coincidence?

All this is known and has been already said. My addition, Kizmet on their website, is clear that they plan to have new investment vehicle offerings in Health in Q1 2022. I'm assuming UNVC is the health investment they're referring to since Doc's an advisor on their board.

For this reason. I'm waiting patiently until March 2022 for the uplist ... But fingers crossed for something in January... right Civic!
