FYI - Kiromic (KRBP) is late with their 10-Q, which is not audited. Also interesting is that they are on Nasdaq, and they have 60 days from the late notice to come up with a plan, and if accepted, 180 days from the filing due date to file the report. During all this, apparently, there is no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock...in other words, it sounds to me like GNBT/NUGX should be fine with their OTC listing for a while...
