Re: skipper1072 #33526
I recall that when this happened, I started looking into what was required to have shares listed. I found out that certain information must be provided, and it struck me then that the information included details that only management would have. I might have been mistaken about that, but what I am 100% positive about is that the CEO/Pres/CoB of the company whose shares are listed could contact the folks who processed the listing, and find out who did this. For some reason, however, that either has never been done, or if it has, the information never has been provided to us shareholders. Either way, I do not accept the excuse that was given us repeatedly that management (i.e., Moscato) did not know who this/these bad actor(s) was/were.
That is wrong, certainly immoral, positively a breach of fiduciary duty, and possibly worse.
Sorry for the less-than-pleasant remarks on Thanksgiving Eve. I wish you all (yes, those with whom I do not see eye-to-eye as well), a safe, enjoyable, relaxing, and festive holiday season. Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise, we will all experience the coming weeks with joy despite this fetid circumstance.
